| OK, GrammaSue understands that it will be cold on Winter Solstice. No heater in the house. What's new about that? :))) No heater on the boat. On the boat?!?!? Didn't count on that. Do we do presents there? Obviously we do not cook prime rib there. So back to the restaurant. OK with me (the payor) :)))))))))))) Love you all,

| Everything is well and alive here in Sacratomato. My financial guru says I have done really really well in accruing assets and I can afford to retire! I will run out of money in 2140 :)))))))
Glad the Conger family is doing well -- especially Jaime Lee. Sounds like very positive news. Kip it kivvered, kid!
And about the status of your household: You have a month to get it cleaned up. See you in October.
Love to all, including the housekeeping impaired..... | |

| ......but maybe not bike riding.
I was so jealous of Jaime getting all the attention with her pinky I decided to learn to bike ride again. Was sure I could hurt myself sufficiently to get a little sympathy from my family. Well, I did. Both elbows. Both hips. Both hads. Matching owies, you see, because I fell off twice!
So, now I'd like the sympathy, please :)))
PS. GD #2 is a pretty good writer. Great posting about Shakespeare, Mera. Remember, your spelling must be better than your mom's. Hope you will have an on-line dictionary on the boat, because you surely are not going to be able to count on your teacher!
Love to all -- can't wait for two weeks from Wednesday!

| Ok I did it. Got the bike "tuned up." Had to replace the rear derailer. Well you should know that "derailer" is already telling you something. That is a really ugly word.
Sooo.. Met Lewis and Chris at Hazel Avenue. Great bike trail around the lake. Didn't quite make it that far. I have been told we did about 11 miles. Good. And we did two elbows. Big time. Two separate incidents, of course. And we did right hip. And we did left thumb so it won't move. And we did right ankle. And we did NOTHING to the face!!!!! :)))))))) Or the glasses!!!!!! :)))))))) Thank goodness for a very ill-fitting but functional helmet. (That is today. Gawd knows what we will have tomorrow. I am now drinking large amounts of wine. So I think it will be a contest in pain between bicycle trauma and alcohol.) But it was really really really fun. And I am looking forward to getting my bicycle out of the trunk some time soon. October? Maybe.
Jaime, watch out. You are NOTHING compared to your GM. (Well, maybe the difference is you will heal. About me I'm not so sure.)
Love to all,
